I have had the privilege of being instructed by Slade. The rate at which I learnt surprised me. For years I had been looking for a place where I could attend Spanish classes, I didn't want a formal lecture , but a more intimate and interactive class, well , the Spanish academy is the absolute best , classes are intimate, interactive, fun, crazy and cover so much of the language in a diversified way , you learn all sorts of ways to say one thing , you get to learn different approaches through the method of layers that Slade uses ….. Slade’s building block methodology makes Spanish easy to grasp conceptually. He makes the learning and understanding Spanish fun, entertaining and exciting. His ability to project himself into my future needs and create relevant conversations and examples in each lesson was remarkable. Excellent way to learn if you want to learn Spanish fast and in a very exciting way! I tried apps and various other ways but the way we have been taught really embeds the structure of Spanish in ones mind. I am now onto my second course. The founder (Slade) is a passion-filled master of his trade has gone out of his way to make the learning process simultaneously entertaining and educational! Slade is a great teacher with a unique style in helping you to absorb Spanish. I have tried other methods of learning Spanish in the past and failed abysmally until now. I thoroughly enjoyed the introductory level programme and will no doubt move on to intermediate at some point in the future.

Slade's unique approach to teaching Spanish gets you speaking Spanish really fast, the classes are fun, the take home manual is excellent and there is regular engagement involving sharing of tips and material to practice. I had tried language apps before and whilst useful they are no substitute for personal teacher led lessons. I recommend The Spanish Academy to all my friends.
